I am on disability and I have a student loan which amounts to about 0 a month. I can’t afford it. I am trying to get my doctor to sign the papers for loan forgiveness but I am afraid she may not back me up as the form states that I cannot work in ANY capacity. Is there anything I can do about this? What should I do?

I am currently at a state university and completing my BS in Political science. I want to then go on for my Masters in Education and I want to go to the best school possible. My GPA is high and I have a bunch of extras on my resume so I am really looking for a university with a great reputation. Any suggestions? Education k-8

I am filing for bankruptcy and I was wondering how this would affect my school. I just took out a student loan a couple of months ago and enrolled in college. My loan is not due until I graduate in 2 years. If I claim this in the bankruptcy will it affect me going to school?

What, if any, impact does this have on recent graduates with existing student loans in terms of consolidation? I have not yet consolidated and am wondering if there’s an advantage/disadvantage to doing so now vs in the future.
