The key to not coming out of college with a bunch of debt is to borrow as little as you can. With that being said, most student loans are based on the cost of attendance, etc. The loan is paid directly to the school and they send you what is left after tuition and fees. You can spend that money however you want, but use it wisely because you will be paying your loan bills for a lot longer than you will have whatever car you are getting.
Most student loans are part of programs provided by the Federal Government. They have lower interest rates than regular loans and require you to be attending school. But also, its intuitive that banks would require you to go to school Otherwise, how would they expect you to pay off the loan if you just spend it on stuff thats never going to generate any future revenue?
There is no absolutely right answer for your question.Nonetheless, explorer the information here http://www.InsuranceFreeTip.info/insurance-for-free.htm might give you some ideas.HOpe it helps.
