I am presently in my first year of university in Moncton, NB, Canada.I plan on transferring to another university that can offer computer engineering. I would prefer a french university, but let’s face it, french is not the most useful language when dealing with computers!

What would be the best Canadian universities with this program?
I hear Waterloo is one of the best, but I’d really like to look at my options!
