I am going to University next year and i want to find a good university for computer related courses. Is there a site that allows you to choose a subject and ranks the universities or something? Or can anybody recommend a good university for computers?

I will be moving to South Florida (Coral Gables) and have applied to some schools there, but I believe I might have chosen the wrong schools.
I am a Communication major, and I am wondering which universities would be best suited for this area of study (preferably near Miami or Coral Gables, but the whole state would also be fine).

I’m looking for the best university that teaches bio-technology engineering in Asia.
I heard that Malaysia and Singapore have good universities, is that right?
I know USA & Europe are the best countries to study bio-technology but I can’t go there because of visa issues.
